We just finished a two week long project to stain the Black Bart House. This was not an easy or inexpenisve project to stain the entire main house and guest house. I feell sorry for the poor workers who were up high on ladders in the 90 degree weather cleaning and then staining this Tahoe rental home. But I am glad they did. The house looks amazing. Here is a picture of the new work.
