Spring snow now- May discounts later
We are approaching quickly the end of winter. The holidays have passed. And, now we are able to simply enjoy the fun of snow activities- skiing, snowboarding, sledding, cross country skiing, snowball fights, building a snowman, etc. There are only a few weeks left to enjoy all of the winter fun, before the snow melts and spring is among us. You can enjoy the last couple weeks of snow while appreciating the beginning of spring.
Tahoe is a fantastic in April, where we allow 2 night stays on the weekends. So, get the last of your snow fix, by booking a vacation home now. However, if you are like some people, and want to enjoy the relaxation of the mountain air, but you are not interested in the snow, come visit in May. It is beautiful that time of year! Spring flowers are blooming. The sun is out. And, you can enjoy the beauty of Tahoe, without all the crowds of people. Come see why people choose to live there year round. May is pretty! 2013 New Year's Resolutions
Happy New Year everybody! Ready or not, 2013 has arrived. Did you make New Year's resolutions? Maybe complete the tasks you said you would in 2012, but didn't? Finally organize all the photos? Take more trips? I know we all start out with the best of intentions. But, let's face it, the year just slips right past us. We may not take those trips to Europe or Africa this year, like we hope. However, we can get away more often and feel satisfied for completeing our New Year's resoution of taking more trips, by taking more weekend trips!!!!!
Plan a trip with a group of friends and getaway for a weekend. It will feel like a longer vacation, because you will have so much fun! The snow this year in Tahoe is FANTASTIC!! All our homes are booked every weekend in January and February. However, we still have March weekends available. And, this April is predicted to be great for that ideal spring skiing. If you plan in advance, you can take advantage of ski rental deals. Ski Butler's Ski Rentals will come to the house and fit you there. So, there is no need to go find a ski rental place. Check out our calendar for dates that may work for you. If you have a smaller group, come stay at our Pioneer House. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call. The Tahoe Holidays are Here
The holidays are among us. Thanksgiving has passed. Christmas and New Year's are right around the corner. You are busy and have your plans set. After those holidays are over, you will need a break from it all. No stress of what are you going to prepare, who are you going to buy or make gifts for, who is coming over, or whatever. MLK is the perfect holiday to just relax and have fun! And, I can't think of a better way to relax and have fun then to go to Tahoe and play in the snow. Or, simply watch it fall around you.
Our Pioneer House is the perfect size to get a small group together, just for relaxing fun in South Lake Tahoe.
