Why stay in a small cramped hotel room when you can stay in a large 3 bedroom home with lots of amenities?
Thank you for your interest in renting a home in San Francisco. I am sure you would have a much happier time renting a home instead of staying in a small hotel room. Most guests find they save a lot of money by staying in a home:
Don't pay for parking ($60 per day)
Don't pay for internet ($20 per day)
Save a lot of money on eating out ($100 per day) It is nice to have your own breakfast and lunch at home, but be sure to experience the great restaurants that are located within walking distance.
But it is not all about saving money. The fancy hotels in San Francisco are located in downtown San Francisco, Union Square and Moscone Center. Although this is nice during the day for shopping and walking around, these neighborhoods are not nice during the evening so that means you are stuck in your small hotel room.
The neighborhood
The Inner sunset is a beautiful residential neighborhood located next to Golden Gate Park. This neighborhood is famous for its restaurants. Within about 2-6 blocks of this house, you will find over 40 famous SF restaurants: Vegetarian, Chinese, Sushi, American, Vietnamese, Indian, Italian, Seafood, Cajun, Ethiopian, and many others. You can walk to Golden Gate Park and see DeYoung Museum, Stow Lake (where you can rent boats), Japanese Tea Gardens, Strybing Arboretum, and Children’s Playground with a Merry-Go-Round (one of the the oldest continuously running Merry-Go-Rounds in the USA). The N-Judah street car takes you to the Beach/Cliff House/Sutro Baths in one direction and the other direction takes you downtown (Pier 39, Cable cars, Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square). |
